Ottensen Rollt Rein
In Hamburg Ottensen, in the direct vicinity of Büro grauwert, a new project has been developed. Together with UTE e.V. and David Lebuser, from Sit ‘n’ Scate, small shops with one to three steps at the entrance will receive a ramp free of charge to optimise accessibility. The project entitled “Ottensen Rollt Rein” is funded by Aktion Mensch.
The first ramp of Ottensen Rollt Rein was installed in the Bonscheladen at Friedensallee 12, so if you want to see what it looks like – just take a look!
We hope that other shops will realise how easy it is to improve accessibility and follow suit. By the way, the ramps come with a practical wooden holder and a sign or bell for the door.
The project is funded by Aktion Mensch with the #1BarriereWeniger programme, the project initiator is UTE e.V..
